These candles can be used as an oil substitute for pan frying foods (suitable for vegetarians) and can also be eaten, that's right - EATEN in extreme survival situations.
We have had a nibble or two from one of these candles. They aren't as bad as you might think - in saying that - we hope to never do it again - we would much prefer them as a light source - ONLY!!
